To start to build an ICT Strategy and understand the costs and potential benefits you need to know the start point.

• the number of laptops
• the type of operating systems in use
• ICT Induction processes
• Health and safety processes
• home working
• existing support arrangements

Once you have decided where you are then you can decide where you want to get to and how to get there.
