Centrepoint is a long-established supplier of CRM/MRM solutions to the NFP sector - the only sector in which we operate. We believe this single-minded dedication to the NFP sector provides confidence to current and prospective clients as they know we will not leave them for a more profitable sector.

We acquired our first client in 1991 and they remain with us to this day. Since then we have built upon our success by focusing on three specific goals:

Customer Care
As a company we place great emphasis on service and customer care. Implementing a solution is only half the job. Continuing commitment to the provision of top quality customer service & support is essential to ensure that the solution remains appropriate and credible.

We visit each of our clients regularly to discuss & understand their current and future business and technical issues. We also tell them anything relevant which we have learned in the marketplace and which we feel may be helpful to them.

By maintaining close contact with each client we can identify possible problems and suggest solutions before they arise. We can also check that our solution is still appropriate to their business model and take the opportunity to make sure that our service and support levels are up to client expectations.
